How to Identify Authentic Software
- Activation keys are issued directly by the publisher and registered to your account.
- Software downloads originate from the publisher’s official website or download portal.
- Receipts and order confirmations clearly identify AV Plans GFM / GFM Holdings LLC as the reseller.
- You will never be asked to download installers from unofficial third-party file-sharing sites.
Warning Signs of Counterfeit Software
- Prices significantly below the publisher’s retail rate from unknown sellers.
- Activation keys delivered without an invoice or reseller information.
- Installers distributed via torrent, cracked-software forums, or unverified links.
- Requests to disable Windows Defender, SmartScreen, or other security tooling before installation.
Report a Counterfeit or Suspicious Listing

Enforcement
We cooperate fully with software publishers and law-enforcement authorities to investigate and pursue action against any individual or entity distributing counterfeit copies of the products we resell.
