AV Plans GFM is a child brand of GFM Holdings LLC, an independent retailer of antivirus subscription plans.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase a subscription through us.
Subscription Purchases
When you purchase a subscription plan through us, your subscription is governed by the End User License Agreement and terms of the respective software publisher in addition to these Terms. Pricing, features, durations, automatic renewal policies and supported devices are set by the publisher and may change without notice. Taxes and applicable fees may be added at checkout.
Activation & Delivery
Subscription activation typically requires a valid license key, an account with the software publisher, and an active internet connection. Delivery of activation details is electronic and is generally completed shortly after payment is confirmed.
Refunds & Cancellations
Unless otherwise required by law, refund and cancellation requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the refund policy of the underlying software publisher. To request a refund or cancel, contact us within 30 days of purchase at the phone number listed below. Refunds for activated or partially used subscriptions may be prorated or denied where permitted by the publisher.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Interfere with the operation of the Site, including by introducing malware;

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the subscription giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GFM Holdings LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GFM Holdings LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
